February 2025 · News
The Sanremo Festival 2025 again uses EVENTMATIC, the event management software built by Infordata Sistemi, for accreditation and digital guest check-in.
We are pleased to share some particular news: EVENTMATIC, the event management software built by Infordata Sistemi, is at work behind one of Italy's most recognisable events.
This year again, the Sanremo Festival 2025 is using EVENTMATIC for accreditation and digital guest check-in, providing:
- Fast, secure accreditation using QR codes.
- Central, efficient management of guests, performers, staff and press.
- Full protection of personal data, in line with the GDPR.
- Entry controlled and monitored in real time, to keep the event secure.
Security first
With EVENTMATIC, security is not an optional extra. The software is designed to prevent unauthorised entry and to give precise control over every arrival.
Why they chose EVENTMATIC
The whole accreditation process runs smoothly and precisely, from online registration to entry control on the day, which takes the stress out of it for organisers and attendees alike.
If you organise events and want to offer an experience of that standard, EVENTMATIC is the answer.
